So I thought I would do something a little different today by showing you all my kale shake recipe.
I have one of these shakes every single day. The reason why I started drinking kale shakes is because I was looking at my daily food intake and noticed that I hardly every get and fruits or vegetables. As I get older, I want to live has healthy as I can.
So I’ve implemented this shake into my diet and I feel great! I look better and my body feels better, it’s actually a noticeable difference.
So here is all the ingredients that I use in my kale shakes. Feel free to change things up but this is what I currently use.
- Baby Kale
- Spinach
- Broccoli
- Ginger
- Small Apple
- Whole Banana
- Ginseng Powder
- Water
I typically use about a handful of kale, spinach, and broccoli. Again, feel free to change this up based on your preferences.
I add ginger and ginseng powder to my shakes because they are known to provide many health benefits.
Throw all of this stuff in your blender and blend away.
The amount of water you put in will determine how thick or watery your shake will be. I personally prefer my shakes more on the watery side. It makes it easier to drink in my opinion.
